Anyone use My Fitness Pal?

I do :) I just like to see what my calories add up to and how many i burn through exercise! It interests me, though i dont pay all that much attention to it all. It says i should eat 1200 calories to lose 1.9lb a week! I normaly have about 1400 (average) a day and am averaging 2.5lb a week with slimming world x

Same here! I try and stick to about 1200 cals a day which is what it says I should have, but I follow SW. I like to see how the exercise impacts the cals as well!
