Hi. Is anyone like me and is waiting for the New Year to start? I know I need to get going but have social plans tomorrow and then again on the 4th. After that Im free to get going and give it my best shot!! X ( my stats are prob way off but I wont re do them until the 5th Jan )

Yup. I'm starting on 1st but have a birthday party on 3rd to contend with...hopefully after that jan should be quiet

Totally agree. I have been itching to get my diet back on track for a while now. Just feel so sluggish and bloated after Xmas! It's good to know that you feel better only after a couple days on exante though!
