Anyway of making a White wine sauce?

I have a steak & sauce for 1 day & I was thinking chicken with leeks another day but with a sauce over it to stop it being dry.

I know you can cook with alcohol has anyone managed to do a White wine type sauce?

You can do a nice one with milk and cornflower and add mustard and seasoning and let it reduce

And it's Dukan diet friendly?. Didn't realise we could use cornflower! I go onto the cruise stage tomorrow

It's a tolerated item on cruise so yes your fine
Or you could do philli extra light thinned out with skimmed milk and then add flavours
I love paprika and chilli with chicken
