AP2G16 Diary - Operation Dress

I've been back following slimming world for 3.5 weeks now, have only lost 5lb so far so a very slow start. Have been doing EE up until now but not getting on with it really. I'm over eating, especially carbs and very bloated. Going to start adding in a few old red/green days and see how I get on. I'm exercising 5 nights a week. I'm trying to focus more on measurements especially bust and waist in order for my wedding dress to sit right. Need to lose 2 or 3 inches off each.

17th February 2016 - Red Day

Mushrooms, EL soft cheese (part A) , Ryvita (B)

Boiled Egg, Proper Corn (2.5 Syns), Cucumber

Teryaki Tuna, Carrot, Brocolli and Courgette. FF Lemon Yogurt.

Curly Wurly (6 Syns)

Milk in tea (part A)

Exercise - baby swimming lesson (Gym day off)
 
teriyaki tuna sounds lovely! 5lb is a great start, ive always wanted big losses, but even a lb a week makes a huge difference. xxx
 
2.5 lb off this morning. 7 5lb in total. Less carbs is definitely working better. I think it was the potatoes maybe.

18th February 2016 - Red Day

56g quick oats (2xB) with water. Blueberries.

Tomatoes, egg and mushrooms.

Posh Corn (3 Syns)

Pork chop and veg

Crunchie (7.5), FF Lemon Yogurt.

Exercise - 1 hour hulacise class

Haven't had a chance to post my food this week as its half term, but will try and post from tomorrow xx

Red Day

Apple, flump (1.5)

Boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, ww bread (B)

Satsuma

Sausage x 2, Leek, pepper, mushroom and courgette

Fat free toffee yogurt

Orange kitkat (5.5), buttons (3.5)

(Milk in tea - A)

Exercise - 1 hour clubbercise

Red Day

Veggie sausage, egg, mushrooms, plum tomatoes, trimmed bacon. WW Bread (B)

Banana, flump (1.5 syns)

5% mince, onions, garlic, swede and carrot mash, stock pot. Gravy (2 syns)

Curly wurly (6 syns), FF toffee yogurt.

Exercise - 1 hour gym ( cardio and strength)
 
Woops. I'm still here. I haven't fallen off the wagon just forgotten to post! Been concentrating on red or extra easy with reduced carbs. Did my spin class again last night too. Killer.

24th Feb - Extra Easy

Tangerine

2 x Ryvita (B), EL soft cheese ( Part A), Marmite. 2 boiled eggs.

Chunky chilli - 5% mince, onion, garlic, jalapeño, grated carrot, courgette, celery, peppers, mushrooms, kidney beans, spices. FF yogurt.

Kit kat (5.5)

Rest day exercise. Baby swimming class.
