I don't know for sure but in the past if I have ever done something like that I always felt a little better if I got my heart rate up. It;s been known that exercising helps people get back into ketosis quicker. x x
 
it isn't likely, but you really need to think about why...don't feel bad about it, just consider the ways you will avoid doing this in the future. LL is all about sticking to things 100% and you really need to be strict or how else will you know if it is working?

Make sure you bring this up in your counselling session to see what strategies you can use to avoid this happening in the future.
