April challenge anyone up for it

    Hi ya after starting mid march then going on holiday I've decided to go for it and since its the start of be month thought maybe a wee April challenge. Any one up for it ????

    I am aiming for 10lbs this month and that would get me quite a way in to the 14st

    todays weight is 15st 4lbs

    hi im up for it :) my weight loss is going quite slow at the min, so iv set myself a challenge of doing a min of 30 mins exercise every day through april, been on my exercise bike yesterday and today. desp need to get this weight loss moving, good luck to everyone :) xx

    Helloa been on for a while as had so much on at work as home it's been mayhem lol I've had a wee weigh in today and I've lost 3lbs so only another 7 for my challenge however not sure how possible that is lol will keep going tho might have to re asses for next month lol
