Hi All,

I'm back again and looking forward to getting back onto SS and reaching my goal. I have restarted SS today after a long nearly 4 month break with personal issues. Am still having a lot of personal issues however if I don't restart soon I will be back where I started.

I used to find the monthly challenges very helpful and couldn't see one started yet for April so thought that I would start one. So Here it goes ........................... Please feel free to join me by adding your name and the amount in lbs you wish to lose below

Hi. Im new to this forum so please dont mind me
Hopefully I'll be starting the Cambridge diet by the 1st of April and I have a very special occasion coming up in a couple of months
1) How much weight can I loose in that time with this diet?
2) Also is the Exante diet exactly the same as CD but cheaper?
And lastly please enlighten me with your success stories. Thanks

On average you lose around 1 stone per month so you should be able to drop 2 stone by June Am not sure about Exante diet though
