Aqua aerobics/zumba

Hey everyone,

Hope you are all doing well :)
My local swimming pool is advertising aqua aerobics and aqua zumba classes and I was thinking about joining them both.

My question is are any of the rest of you doing anything similar and how do you feel it affects your energy levels (i.e. do you have enough energy for it) and has it helped keep the rate of weight loss up?
