Well after much concern about keeping up and looking like a fool I bloody loved aqua aerobics!!

There were all shapes, sizes, ages and it fab, 45 mins of hard work and laughter!!!!

I think this is the best exercise I have ever done!! Roll on Sat for legs, bums and tums and then next week to do it all again!!!!

Love it, love it, love it!!! :D

It's fun isn't it? Do they give you 'woggles' to sit on and jump over and things? Hilarious!

"woggles"? No idea what they are, long sausage type floats? If so yes we had them but we were doing something called "rocking horse" and "digging" with them. Then we were on our backs with the float behind us and doing leg things!! I am explaining this really well I arnt, all I can say is its amazing!!!! I never thought I would find something I love doing but this is great!!

Yeah that's them! Great... and it's really great to have found an exercise you love - it's the best way to stick at it.

I've just done half an hour step aerobics on the wii fit - SOOOOOO boring!!!

i've been pondering if to go or not, i could go to the afternoon session at a local pool, when it would be quieter but still chickened out, as i havent put a swimming costume on for years. woudl you recommend it then, i know its not running ( i dont do running) but it is exercise

Yes, it's fun..and you'll probably find that most people there are looking for a good exercise, so wanting to lose weight too. Go for it.x

Definatly GO GO GO.

I am one of these people who never did PE in school and mention exercise and I would walk the otherway I hate(d) exercise, but this was fab.

I worked up a sweat but because you were in the pool no one noticed!!! I got a bit flustererd and face went red at times but I knew I was giving it a good go and that the effect on my body was working!!

I cant recommend it enough, dont worry about what people are thinking of you in your cossie, after all this is about you and once in the pool everyone is so intent on watching the trainer/coach they are not looking at you.

GO GO GO!!!!

Hope I made my point that you should go and try it!!! haha

Aqua Aerobics is fantastic for excercise as its low impact. The water supports you, whilst also giving you the resistance to tone up the muscles. I love it!!!
Well done on the exercising so far Hun! Its amazing to hear that someone that didnt do anything before has found a new love!!!

Keep it up!!!
