are tetras filling?

Hi all im going to my mums later and was thinkin of taking a tetra with me for lunch.they look tiny though.Will i be starving? Im only day2 of restart so not ln ketosis yet.also ive chocolate and strawberry.which is nicest x

Hey there ive only had chocolate and I mixed with with ice and blended it so it was more and added more water! Havent tried the strawberry ones but I am getting saturday.

Im only getting them for an absolute emergency as I agree they dont look much xxxx

They aren't! So handy though, you need to drink a bit more water too with them x

Thanks folks wondering if i should freeze it.does it come out like ice cream or ice slush stuff? X

I find them really filling as they are quite dense.

ooooooooooooooooo freezing them is an idea not thought of that wondering if it will kill of the vits and mins tho???

I find them filling if I drink them slowly they are also great for when you just can't get your last shake down as you can drink them really quickly x
