peas carrots, gherkins, beetroot and pickled onions have just come up on the meal planner on slim and save so we must be allowed them, or am i doing it wrong x
thank you everyone, i did ask a consultant at sxlim and save but got no reply however i do no that peas arent allowed as they have bn taken off, ive eaten all of the above in the last few days just hop e i dont come out of ketosis x
