Are there syns in microwaveable Uncle Bens spicy mexican rice?

I really hope not as I have this quite a bit as my dinner with chicken tikka chunks. Its a meal that takes two minutes and really tasty. Please tell me there are not syns in this!!

Sorry to say they do contain syns, but not mega. Most of them are 2 syns for the pack, some are 3 or 4. Hope this helps.

Thanks a million, Spaniel2. Know my luck the spicy Mexican is 4 syns as I eat the whole pack. I just hope that the cooked chicken tikka pieces or cooked barbecue pieces are free!. Thanks again.x
