im not sure on damage hun, but pick yourself up, brush off those feelings and start afresh, we are all human at the end of the day and these things happen.

Remember your a strong determined woman and you can do this! x

It might not have done too much damage hun...
but just recognise it as the blip that it was and start tomorrow afresh. We're all human and the instincts that have taken a lifetime to build up are very tough to overcome. Just think about how great you're doing and view it as a one off!!

It may have knocked you out of ketosis, but, at least you know how you feel now & are much less likely to do it again!

Don't let it turn into a downward spiral though, just write it off & get back on the wagon!
