    Monday 14th July

    B- 2 slices kingsmill bread toasted topped with 1 teaspoon peanut butter. Small glass orange juice
    5.5pt

    L- 3/4 tub Asda country vegetable soup, 2 slices kingsmill bread with 2 teaspoons flora.
    3 plums and 1 peach
    7pt

    T- ww chicken curry, small portion thick cut chips 8.5pt

    Snacks- muller corner yogurt cherry
    apple
    4 pt

    Total: 25 pts

    B- Bowl oats so simple and milk- 3 points

    L- 5 slices roast chicken, 5 scoops mashed potato, carrots, swede, broccoli, cauliflower, 1/2 sachet paxo stuffing, 3 mini yorkshire puddings, 4 tsp gravy granules (12 points)

    T- 2 toast with 1 tsp butter, 2 boiled eggs (5 points)

    Anytime- 2 celebrations chocolates (2 points), 1 apple, 2 satsumas (1 point), 1 banana (1 1/2 points)

    Total: 24 points

    T- 1 bag basmati rice
    1 portion chicken dippers
    1/4 jar sweet and sour sauce
    1/4 bag prawn crackers (11.5 points)

    Snacks- 2 satsumas, 1 apple, 1 banana (2.5 points)
