Can someone please tell me how many syns are in the light choices 0.2g fat one instead? I'm gutted they have stopped it , used it for everything

The one I used to get I'm sure said fat free.

Please can someone help me with this? Is is syn free or not? Either way, it's now all I can get . But I need to know if I have to syn it?
