Is this free please? I don't have a current book (really need to get one!) and various things online are telling me either 2.5syns per portion or completely free...it has no sugar in, if that affects it? I know it's now meant to be fat free no sugar yogurts have no syns?

Really appreciate if anyone knows!

It may contain sugar so although no fat it's full of sugar instead :(
It doesn't I checked the ingredients :( that's why I don't understand, it has no fat and no sugar so where are the syns coming from? :(
