Actually not as bad as I thought! - we used 1 sachet between 3 people so thats 1.5 syns approx. per person. would that be right?

We used asda fresh noodles 410g (6 syns) = 2.5 syns per 100g appox. again between 3 people
rest of stir fry free would mean my stir fry is only 4 syns per person!

I make the sachets 2.5 per person 7.5 divide by 3 = 2.5
so 4.5 per person

Why use syns on fresh noodles, when you can have dried for free, i wouldnt want to waste 2 precious syns on noodles.
I make my own Sweet and sour sauce which is 2 syns for the whole recipe and makes approx 150ml
let me know if you want the recipe
