Asda gfy sweet chilli battered chicken syn value?

    A little confused yet again :)
    I am trying to syn a meal for one.. Asda GFY sweet chilli battered chicken with rice.
    Do I put the rice as free food? (I am on extra easy)
    If rice is entered as free food it equals to 8syns, if not it is 25syns?

    (Per 100g)
    Cal - 132kcal
    Protien - 6.0g
    Fat - 2.9g
    Carbs - 20.1g
    P/size - 380g

    Also I had a GFY tuna pasta bake yesterday.. which I calculated as 6syns?
    Does this sound about right?

    25 Syns per package/portion

    on extra easy the syn value is 8 syns.


    lol make your own save the syns for somethin better...:p
