asda good for you sauces

    Hi there just started slimming world this week no meeting suit me so doing it myself, this website seems great for help and advice!

    Just wondering if you lovely people could help me with a few syns since i am new to this!

    Looking for syns values for the asda good for you sauces both korma and bolognese flavours?

    Also I know quorn mince and chicken are free but was just wondering about sausages and burgers?

    Thanks any help would be much appreciated!

    thanks so the bolognese isn't too bad 4 u at all lol :) esp since it did me 4 BIG portions, guess the korma also isn't too bad for 4 portions of quorn korma yumyum added some pineapple in as well lovely :D

    the quorn burgers and sausages i buy tend to be the plain ones as theyre available frozen and are cheaper than chilled :) tho asda has a couple chilled products on offer just now any 3 for 4quid which is quite good picked up some apple sausages and chilli burgers which sound interesting!

    thanks for the help :) makes doing this much easier!

    just started and already lost 4lbs in 5 days :D well chuffed with this diet esp with the amount you can eat syn free! :D

    yeh thats the chilli burgers i bought they were yummy! theres lotsa quorn products on offer in asda at the moment! today i got lemon and pepper escalopes and peppered beef style ones they look lovely and quorn is usually pretty low in syns. If anyone could check thought that would be great!
