    is it cals for uncooked? or cooked? and also are you sure it states for whole pack? and not half, usually they do give you the half values on noodles

    just had a look on asda website and for the thai/beef/chicken ones it's ;

    http://groceries.asda.com/asda-esto...14921923813&aisleid=1214921925558&startValue=

    cals 231 sat fat 4.2 = 4 points for half, 8 for whole :)

    per 100g is 2.5points maybe you was looking at that? :(

    i know it's not the same, and they are more expensive (though usually on offer in asda, tesco and even poundland) super noodles do low fat range! :)

    Chicken and herb =

    http://groceries.asda.com/asda-esto...14921923813&aisleid=1214921925558&startValue=

    cals 161, sat fat 0.5 = 2.5 points for half, or 5 for all ! :)
