Asda lighter cheese singles

Hi everyone, im making the big mac in a bowl recipe tonight and my local supermarket didn't have any low low cheese singles so i got Asda chosen by you lighter cheese singles. Does anyone know the syn value or if i could use some as my healthy A allowance??
