Asda or tesco low fat seafood sauce

Hi, Can anyone tell me what the pro points are low fat seafood sauce are? I really like fish sticks and a salad mixed with this type of sauce.

Yep, had some to tonight! Was yummy with prawns & smoked salmon! A tablespoon is 2 points x
