Asda Pasta in Sauce Syns?

I know there's a sticky about pasta in sauces but I haven't had a reply and I'd like to fill in my journal.

Can anyone help me with the syns in an Asda Pasta in Sauce Cheese & Ham? It says 1.5syns per 100g when made up as directed, but I have omitted the butter and used the milk as part of my HEA so I'm not sure how to syn it. It doesn't say anything about the calories when it's dry or I'd go off that.

That will be 1.5 syns cooked weight so the full packet probably weighs at least 3 times that when made up. You would need to work out the syns for however much milk is used to make it up and you can take 6 syns off if using the milk as your HEA xx
