Asda ready to eat chunky chicken breasts

Hi all I usually shop at tescos but i bought Asda chosen by you Ready to eat chicken breast chunks Tikka and Sweet chilli flavour I know the tesco makes are Free Would be very grateful if someone could let me know if they are free/sinned

Finally found out that they are both half sin for each packet
