Asda reduced calorie range

Does anyone have the syn values for the Asda reduced calorie frozen cottage pie and the reduced calorie frozen chicken hot pots?

My other half bought them thinking they'd be low in syns!

asda good for you chicken hot pot is 12 on EE and green and 16 on original

can't find a reduced calorie cottage pi in database but the chilled one with sweet potato and carrot mash is 5 sysn and the regular frozen one is 14.5
