So I just had an asda egg and cress mayonaise sandwich :(

When ive looked at the online syn value thingy it says 15 syns!

    Is this right?

I was thinking I could count the brown bread as my HE(b) and the egg and cress as free?

what do other people think? I really dont know what to do!

did the sandwich have just egg or egg mayo?? You also have to wonder if they use butter.

ready made/ pre packed sandwiches dont qualify for any free food allowance.

So it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories. You can deduct 6 syns for a HEb if it was wholemeal bread.
