Asda shopping list

Hi I am starting slimming world tomorow for the second time, just about to do my asda online shop and was wondering if anyone buys anything in particular from there that is yummy and low in syns..thanks x

Probably too late now, but I buy their own yogurts in the larger tubs, 450grms I think, some are syn free & some are syned, but low syn, there is blueberry, rhubarb, & others.

And just stock up on pasta, rice etc.
