Asda Thai Salmon Parcels Calories

Does anyone know the rough calorie content for the fresh Asda parcels stuffed with thai bits as bobs? I'm thinking of just taking the salmon weight on them. But if anyone knows I'd be grateful. High calories or not I'm eating one! Look lush! X

Currently 14st 8lbs. 3lbs until I'm 1/2 way there! Woop!
