Hello Ive been on CWP for 3 wks and have lost a stone, had some cheats but very luckily didnt gain weight. Im back to my healthy head! I still have 5/6 stone to go and at 28 im concerned about loose skin, can anyone recommend a very good at home yoga/pilates dvd and tell me about their thoughts on yoga/pilates as in good bad or which one does more for a healthy body and mind?
