At the end of week 1....

....I have lost 3 lbs - hurrah!! Generally I found it was OK - I am trying to eat fruit and veg as a snack rather than snack bars because they just make me want to eat more sugary things!

Have been a bit hungry but that's partly because I've been saving some snacks until I'm really hungry and also because I was just eating far too much before! Good luck to everyone this week
