Here I am back again, about to start induction tomorrow...again.
Ive been pretty good with my eating last few months...lots of veg..and have followed just a healthy diet. But as healthy as I have been eating I have been steadily gaining weight around my hips, tummy and bum. I have come to realise that my body stores these carbs around my middle and I need to do something about it.
I have had successes with atkins before and the weight has come off these problem areas easily.
So am about to start again. Hopefully in a few days I will be in ketosis and will start to feel less..bloated! Have do something...not been this flabby since I had my last child
Now I need to add up my carbs...I like cauli and mushrooms but just need to double check on my quantities....
