Atkins & Juddd??

Do you think I could do Atkins & Juddd?

I have low carb shakes & protein bars on my down days 450 cals... then I want to stick to Atkins principles on my up days.

What do you guys think to this? I'm guessing as long as I stay in ketosis I should be ok?

I am only on day 4 of juddd & for this first week will just be concentrating on my down days but next week I would like to incorporate Atkins so will probably have loads of questions!

Any advice at all would be great.

Gone fishing
I have heard of people eating only low carb on their Up Days. Seemed to work for them :)
