Hi all just for anyone who doesn't know I registered on the Atkins website and today have revived a full meal planner with loads and loads of info a welcome letter and a free chic bar (as u can see from the pic it didn't last long and was lush)

Might be of some help to new people like me

Awesome! I signed up a week ago and wondered where my "free bar" was ... looks a really good pack - nice that some companies out there will give you something for free!
