Before so doing, I'd advise you have a look at what has been going wrong in the past. Most of us serial Dukaners find that the diet doesn't work as well after numerous restarts and so it'd be great to get a good run at it at a time you are really in the zone with no weddings/birthdays/holidays looming on the horizon to really stand a good chance of sticking at it. Most of us find lack of planning to be the biggest enemy with the diet and, provided the menus are planned in advance and the food bought, it goes mainly swimmingly! What normally happens with you?
Otherwise no I'd definitely do an attack phase. 3 to 5 days, I'd guess, at your current weight. Perhaps double check that with the Dukan calculator on the official website?
