Has anyone done Dukans starting from the cruise phase and just not done attack?

Sorry your post went unnoticed. I'd advise doing at least 2 days' attack (which is surprisingly easy if you plan it out nicely with, say, a galette for breakfast, a chicken dish for lunch, and why not some salmon and prawns for dinner). I see you don't have much to lose so this might well be a good idea for you.
