Attempting slimming world again - food diary!

Hi i'm Becky:)
I did slimming world a few years ago and was successful on it, but stopped the diet and put most of the weight back on:(. Have decided to try again, am starting going to the groups in a couple of weeks, but thought I would see how I can do on my own fist.
I am a vegetarian so can only do green days.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or if I am doing anything wrong. thanks :)

Breakfast: porridge with milk (
HEX A and HEX B)
Lunch: Noodles with soy sauce and quorn pieces.
Snacks: strawberries, melon & kiwi fruit. Packet of walkers star crisps (5 syns I think)

Dinner:
Slimming world quiche with new potatoes & salad and ketchup (3 syns).
Snack: Kitkat (5.5 syns), apple & banana
Drinks: Sugar free squash, water and tea ( 1/2 HEXA)


Syn Total: 13.5 / 105

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix with strawberries and skimmed milk (HEX A)
Snack: Strawberries
Lunch: Noodles with soy sauce and quorn.
Snack: Walkers stars crisps: 5 syns
Dinner: Homemade butternut squash and chilli risotto (1 syns)
Snack: Tracker bar (Not sure on syns)
Drinks: Diet coke and sugar free squash.
