I'm going out for lunch with my work on the 16th December for xmas. I had to chose what i wanted off the set menu today and without even thinking ive chosen the most healthy option. Roast pepper for started, salmon for main and NO SWEET!! Cant beleive i just didnt tick the sweet box and thats very unlike me! But it just came so natural to me to chose the most healthy option, I think my attitude is starting to change!
