Audio workouts?

Does anyone know if there is a kettlebell audio workout for the iPhone or iPod? Wanting to use it on holiday as I know I'll forget what I'm doing without my DVD prompts!!

Hi there

You can take the audio from the DVDs easy enough, or convert hem to play on the iPhone or iPad too. I use my kettleworx purely on my iPad!
