Hi folks! This is a continuation of the monthly exercise motivator threads. Any n all exercise counts, u can be following any diet/eating plan or none at all n u don't ave 2 set a target unless u want 2! I personally ave definately found these threads 2 b gr8 motivatation over the last few months!

Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom. To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent posted list to your post and update with any exercise you've done.

2day's exercise: 30mins pilates this morning n 30mins power walk at lunchtime = 1hr :) (That's it so far anyway, I'm seriously considerin another walk but it depends on the weather!)

Not long back from my holidays so not done much exercise! I will aim for 8 hours for August. Had a swim and a walk so far so not much!

Can also say I'm pregnant now :) 12 weeks tomorrow and had my scan yesterday.

Still feel sick and tired a lot but that's a poor excuse for not exercising!

Congrats on yer pregnancy hun, I just read it on the pregnancy thread 2! I'l ave 2 reduce my targaret 4 this month cos I had my baby on Mon morning!!! It'l take me a good few days 2 get back at it again n decide on a new target but since I ended wif an emergency section it'll just b walkin 4 a while 2 start wif anyway.

Oh here's my boy, I think he gorgeous but then I biased! lol! :D.... Sam2.jpg

Took the pram 4 a test drive yesterday so I can add in a 30min walk. Not a power walk by any stetch of the imagination tho! lol! :D It was my 1st outin since getting outa the hospital n it was really nice 2 get out in2 the fresh air even tho it did start rainin!

Really must reconsider this month's target tho as 20hrs is totally unattainable under the circumstances.......

i just started working out just over a week ago, since then i have done 2x45mins swimming, 2x1hr cardio machines at the gym, 2x1hr Bodypump
I must admit after my Bodypump on saturday i felt pretty weak and a little faint, i may have overdone it throwing myself into it like that. could just be i hadn't eaten enough beforehand though

I haven't done anything!! I'm so tired just now but really need to make an effort. Hoping I get some energy once 2nd trimester kicks in! xx

Well unfortunately me n baby were re-admitted 2 hospital on Mon n only just got out yesterday so I aven't had much chance 2 exercise lately, baby Sam was only 1wk old on Mon! Anyway I'v re-set my target at 10hrs n can add in a 30min walk we had 2day which brings me up 2 8hrs completed this month so far. Fingers x'd now all the health issues r sorted I can get back in2 the swing of exercise n build back up 2 my 20hrs again....

I on the other hand have been so lazy! Sickness is almost gone and I'm finishing my work tomorrow so no excuse for September!

Thanx hun. I'm findin it really odd not exercising like I'm used 2 altho tbh I'm knackered as sleep appears 2 b Sam's LEAST favourite activity! lol! :D

1hr walk yesterday, I'd planned another decent walk 4 2day but 4got the health visitor was comin so I didn't make it - will try harder 2moro! :)

oh woops i forgot all about this thread! been so busy these past few weeks! fair bit of updating to do lol, 4x1hr gym sessions, 2x1hr swims, 6x1hr bodypump - i'm including the bodypump i will be doing today, so didnt quite make my 20hr target, but still happy with what i have done :)
