i think the only way i'll make the july one is if i catch a nasty strain of food poisoning and dont eat until my next weigh in and spend many hours on the bathroom floor. im not that desperate :p

Well I made my (small) July one then unmade it again by gaining last week.......ho-hum :rolleyes:

7 lb for me please, although I am doing 30 day shred not sure wot my weight loss will be like x

Claire, you may not lose a lot this month on the scales, but then again you may do, but you WILL lose lots of inches so get out that tape measure! Two things I learned......1) take a rest day once a week to allow you muscle to repair and 2) drink LOADS of water to try and lessen water retention in damaged muscle fibres - at least 3 litres a day in this hotter weather.
