August Exercise Challenge

    I don't know if there's already an exercise challenge for August, but I didn't see one. If there is, then apologies for missing it (and let me know so I can join that one)!

    I would like to set myself an achievable exercise target of the equivalent of half hour walk per day which would be 15.5hours walk in August, and 3.5 hours home exercise (step/running on the spot).

    Interesting thread.

    I am going to aim to walk 2.7 miles twenty times during August (monday to friday unless i mix it up).

    i will join if i am allowed, i want to go gym 4 times in a week and try to be strict with eating

    Thanks Dreamer, I'm doing a 10k (6.2mile) run for Cancer Research in October so am getting used to the distance. It's lucky because that's the exact distance from my house to work. Unfortunately means I have to leave 2 and a half hours before my shift starts :(

    Enjoying the exercise though!

    Queen of Hearts - at minimum 3hrs. walking per week anything else is a bonus! 2 step sessions on the Wii 30min and a weekly dip in the pool to do lenghts.
