Found this thread really helpful last month and see a new one so hopefully this will start it.....

Well I didn't quite make my target last month so hoping I can this month.

yesterday: body pump 1hr

today am: metafit, combat and pump, walk - 3hr 0mins
pm: body attack, combat - 2hrs

Well done Gina. Did my first one of the month. Was a little too achy yesterday. 25 min run walk/ 1 hour bike ride and 5 min call down. 30 minutes of the gravity machine xxx

I didn't quite make Julys target but was so glad to see how well we all did.

I have a relay marathon next month so added incentive to keep running. I will jog tonight to burn off some stress .

30 minute run. My schedule the next few days will be a challenge to get a workout in but I'll see what I can do.

Just done another 2 hours. Whoop whoop. Was damn hard today. Wanted to give up a number of times but continued on.... Included my walk yesterday.

Sorry I took so lo g to respond!

A relay marathon us when you form a team to complete a marathon. The event is split up into 5 legs of varying distances so depending on each member's fitness you assign the legs.

It's very festive! People wear matching outfits, etc. one set of men all wear red dresses for it!
 
Work out with personal trainer... Was good but I ache like anything. Doing well on the hours so far :)
