I have been a member of slimming World before and lost 4st, as years have gone on have put the blighter back on, Does anyone remember Mix 2 Max That worked but not sure what syn values are like now xx

I lost 3 stones on Mix 2 Max for my wedding in 2005, and like you, have put it all back - so I've returned to try and lose it again. There's a good thread here on syn values which should help you.
Have you tried the Extra Easy plan? If you liked mix 2 max, I think you would get along ok with EE.
What are you planning to do? join a group? on-line? or go it alone?
