To help me along the way I think I need to write everything that passes my lips for all to see..... so here goes! :wave_cry:(wish me luck!!) :eek: :eek:

Sunday 01.08 (Red)

B- 28g All Bran (half HexB) Banana, ss milk (half HexA)

S - Nectarine

L - SW Quiche with corned Beef (3 syns + cheese HexA), Brown Sauce (1 syn),Yogurt

S - Alpen Light (half HexB) Melon

D - Chicken caesar salad, Dressing (2 syns) Olives (1 syn) parmesan cheese (1.5 syns) plus loads of salad veg, Pkt Ryvita minis (HexB)

Syns - 8.5/70 (61.5 remaining)

HexA - 1 x ss milk (breakfast + tea/coffee thoughout the day) 1 x LF cheese.

HexB - 28g All Bran, Alpen light, ryvita minis

Monday 02.08 (Green)

First day back at work after my op :eek:

B - Banana, 2 alpen lights (HexB)

S - none... didn't have time!!

L - SW quiche (HexA for cheese), beans + fruit

S - Ryvita minis (HexB)

D - Quorn cottage pie (4.5 syns), lots of veg, butter bud (0.5 sins), fruit & yog.

HexA- cheese, milk throughout the day
HexB - 2 Alpen lights, Ryvita minis

Syns - 5 (56.5 remaining)

Not enough to eat today... need to make time to eat at regular intervals!!
Might have some more Syns later... :) if I don't nod off first!

by the way the caesar was lush!!
Took a SP this morning (I know I shouldn't!! :cry:) but... things look to be going in the right direction! :D:D

Hols on the 29th Aug so need to be 'full on' till then! :cool:

Tuesday 03.08 (Green)

L - 3 WW brown danish with egg mayo (0.5 syns), Quavers (5 syns), yogurt

S - Nectarine

D - Pasta, homemade tom sauce (free), roasted veg, parmesan cheese (1.5 syns), salad, dressing (0.5 syns)

Syns - 7.5

HexA - 2 x ss milk tea/coffee thoughout the day

HexB - 2 Alpen light, 3 ww brown danish

lol.. :D a SP is a 'Sneaky Peek' at the scales!... I'm a daily weigher, always have been, but rather than discourage me when my weight fluctuates through the week, it encourages me to try harder!

Wednesday 04.08 (Green)

L - Pasta, tom sauce (free), parmesan cheese (3 syns) roast veg, melon

HexA - 1x skimmed milk throughout the day, 1x skinny latte (250ml)
HexB - Alpen lights (only 1 B today?!)

still don't think i'm eating enough... struggling to use my syns this week!!
Thursday 05.08 (EE)

B - Banana, Alpen light

S - apple

L - Beef, salad, dressing (0.5 syns) + Nectarine

S - 1 bounty sweet (from box of celebrations, 2 syns??) + Skinny latte (6 syns)

D - Joes sausages, SW chips, 1/3 veg + yogurt

HexA - 1 x milk for tea & coffee
HexB - 1 Alpen light (half HexB)

Syns - 8.5
