    HexB: Mince Pie HiFi Bar

    Breakfast:
    Lunch: 2 medium Jacket Potatoes, Beans, Side Salad with Tomotoes.
    Dinner: Iceland Chicken Fillets in Gravy (free), Mr Mash, Beans.

    Snacks: Small Jar of Mussels, 2 x Shape Fat Free Strawberry Yoghurt, 1 apple, 1 banana

    Drinks: 500ml raspberry and cranberry sugar free water, 500ml pepsi max, 330ml diet coke

    Syns: 0

    What can I do to improve?
    Eat more fruit / veg. Drink more fluids especially water. Eat more syns (syns are being kept for a night out tomorrow.

    HexB: Asda Wholemeal Pitta

    Breakfast:
    Lunch: Asda Pitta with 3 bits of bacon fat trimmed and 2 egg scrambled egg with water.
    Dinner: Chicken and rice dish with peas, carrots, leeks and garlic

    Snacks: 1 x Shape Fat Free Strawberry Yoghurt, 2 bananas, punnet of blackberries, strawberries and blueberries.

    Drinks: 330ml diet coke

    Syns: 0

    What can I do to improve?
    Need to drink MORE!
