Average weight loss on 1000

    Is anyone doing 1000s? I started last week and so grateful to finally be on food and am enjoying it so much more!:D But I dont seem to be seeing a weight loss and wondered what other peoples experiences of weight loss on this step was?

    Hi Sharon,

    If you have just stepped up then you will be unlikely to see a loss. Don't forget this is the first introduction of 'proper' carbohydrate so your glycogen store will begin to build up again - this could result in a slight increase in water weight. So, you may even see a gain on the scales next week if not a STS. Still, once your body has stabilised on this plan, scientifically you will see some losses.
