    Just a quick question about the choccy bars from avidlite, can they be used as one of the snack options on CS? Or are they more a once in a while thing? Tried them today and they are yummy! :)

    I bought the double chocolate ones:

    Carbs = 15.0
    Fat = 4.9

    (per bar)

    I also bought the shakes but do I have to use skimmed milk like they suggest or can I use water?

    Sorry for all the questions Kel you're a star! :)

    i do both sometimes, i use the 60g bars for my breakfast sometimes as a meal but other times i chop it up and have it throughout the day as my snacks.

    hey i dont mind the questions...

    so bars...because they are an american product they calculate carb content differently to us. just looked at the bars on the website and they work out at around 2 g of carbs so even lower than normal.

    i use water but thats because i hate the taste of milk. you could try a shake with water but just stick at what tastes best for you!

    hope that makes sense!

    Are the Avidlite shakes just the same like you say ???

    Coz there a blinkin dam sight cheaper than CS !!!

    They dont seem to contain the Green Tea extract etc... but does that make any difference ??

    I think i'll be ordering some of these asap if you say you can still lose the lbs on them !! :D

    I don't think the green tea extract makes any difference.....as Sharon says they are less calories/less carbs....and cheaper.

    132 calories
    14g carbs
    3.4 fat (0.9 saturates)

    All flavours taste nice

    I've ordered some for delivery tomorrow. You could always take green tea extract tablets from Holland & Barrett (half price at the mo) if your concerned. I drink green tea with lemon anyway so hoping they'll work just the same.

    OMG !!!! just gone to order a months supply of shakes from Avidlite, and it works out £45 CHEAPER than CS !!!! :eek:
    If they work the same re weight loss, then its one hell of a saving, and makes CS seem more than a little over priced !!! :doh:
