avidlite exante and the lovely cd!

recently saw on another thread somebody mention avidlite. so who has their meal replacements? are they any good? do they actually taste of spaghetti bolognese and sheppards pie? are they of that consistancy?

seems like a great idea!

anybody have their shakes/soups? any feed back?

also while im here anybody tried the exante soups and shakes? any good?

hi i had the avidlite ones vanilla flavour and they were not very nice compared with cd x hth
