Baby bel carbs

How many carbs per BB please?

I'm wanting to count everything now and resisting MFP as much as possible as some of you have said it isn't always accurate.

hiya, according to My Fat Secret - there's 0 carbs and 2.4g of fat in a babybel light and again 0 carbs and 6.3g of fat in a babybel cheddar which is the one i prefer. I think it may be safe to say there's no carbs!!

i bought some of these yesterday both are 0.02g of carbs each! so basically nothing! yay lol xx

I concur! Bought some cheddar ones today an they are soooo good! Also good if you got one of those tittle melty pots they were giving away with them a while back. Microwave so it's like a personal fondue! Brilliant when team with some form of meat like pepperami! Nom Nom Nom! X
