I don't have as much movement this time, with my first it was proper kicks. This time it's lower down and more like flutters than kicks and I can't feel legs/arms etc

Is this the way it is 2nd time round?

I guess it proves they are all different-pregnancies and babies:)

How far gone are you Hun???
I'm on Number 3 and I'm feeling less this time than with the first 2! But I'm only 18wks so plenty more time for movement yet.

As long as your still feeling your 10 plus movements a day it all ok. For me this time the baby doesn't kick so hard, but then I think it might just be a quieter baby.

It differs from baby to baby, I read somewhere too that if you have an anterior placenta (one thats lying at the front, next to your abdomen) the kicks and movements will be less noticeable.
It says on my 20 week scan that my placenta is posterior so thats probably why I feel like I have a football team in there LOL, You will also find that on your 2nd and subsequent pregnancies you will be busier therefore won't notice so many movements. As already said as long as you are having your 10 movements don't worry ;)

My first baby kicked early and constantly, all day and night. I'm now 32 weeks pregnant with my second and I can hardly feel it at all. It has worried me as I didn't feel a single kick til I think 27 weeks and even now I only feel it between 1 and 4 times a day - even when I prod at it a lot. But my obstetrician knows this and says movement is normal on the scans so I'm trying not to worry about it. I do have an anterior placenta and a transverse lie though my doc says I should still be feeling it. I keep wondering whether my womb could be less sensitive now due to having had a C-section last time, whether the cut causes nerve damage but the doc says that can't be it.
